Return Policy
- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Palladium Boots are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Socks that have been tried on or shoe care items that have been opened are not eligible to be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Our company assumes no liability for any products returned to us that were not originally purchased from Palladium boots.
Timing
Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 15 business days for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than 15 business days, please contact us.
Refunds
All refunds credited within 30 days of the original purchase date will be processed back to the original form of payment. If you return an item that was bought entirely or partially with a gift card, the amount paid with the gift card will be credited to a new gift card. We cannot issue cash refunds for purchases made using a gift card.
