Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the contiguous U.S. for all orders. We also offer free return shipping for items valued at $80 or more – including footwear, jackets, bags, and belts – shipped within the contiguous U.S.

Orders with expedited shipping that are placed after 1pm ET will not ship the same day. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays. At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by TPalladium boots.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your boots arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order changes may be subject to a fee of $17.60.

Lost or Damaged Goods

We will replace or provide store credit for any items that are lost or damaged in transit if the order is covered by shipping protection. For more details, please visit our policy.

International (Non-Contiguous U.S.) Shipping & Returns

Defective/Flawed Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience any material or craftsmanship flaw, please contact us so that our customer support team can assist. Unauthorized third party purchases are not covered by Palladium boots.

Repeated Returns

We offer free shipping & returns to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. We also monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions. Repeated returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the addition of a shipping charge, restocking fees for future returns, or future orders being refused.
